Presidents Place is a 350,000 square foot office building located at 1250 Hancock Street in the center of Quincy, Massachusetts. It is an eight-mile car ride or a twenty-minute subway trip from downtown Boston. The property includes an eight-story office building and a five-story office building. These two buildings are connected by a three-story enclosed atrium. The property also includes a five-story parking garage. TR Presidents Place purchased the property in July 1996. The eight-story North Tower was completed in 1988 while the five-story South Tower was completed in 1989. The exterior of the building is finished with a ribbon glass window system and a light brown brick facade. The property has a clean contemporary style accented by its straight angular lines. Presidents Place is considered a first class office building and is the only major multi-tenant office complex in Quincy Center. The 1110 space parking garage is attached to the North Tower through a garage link connector. The garage serves more as an amenity to the office building than a profit center. There is also vacant lot adjacent to the South Tower and the parking garage.
